Heather Griffith

Heather Griffith, REALTOR® is a lifelong resident of North Alabama. A business owner for over 20 years, she knows what it takes to make transactions flow smoothly and has a keen business mind. Her head for business is balanced with a heart for people. After selling her business, she became a caregiver for her grandmother for five years. A personal experience with a real estate transaction ignited a passion to help people with one of the most important decisions in their lives and gave Heather a sensitivity toward her clients’ journeys. She is an active agent with Legend Realty, representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis and considers discovery a key part of her role as a Realtor. Heather will research as many details as possible, in order to make sure that there are no surprises with her clients’ transactions. “I go the extra mile. Joyfully! I like to think that we've done everything possible to make sure that the best decision was made and the best value was achieved . . . that it was a win/win for both sides.” Her passion and sharp attention to detail serve her well as she advocates for her clients. Heather is active with the Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS® and is a graduate of the John Maxwell Team Certification Program. She is an active participant with service in our local community, does nursing home visitation, and is a runner. Heather has two daughters, a granddaughter, and two dogs.
