Megan Stout

#MeganHomesHappen is more than a cheesy hashtag, it's the way Megan does business. She encompasses the moto of "Making Homes Happen" for all of her clients. Megan strives to be a resource for her clients and is a very versatile Realtor who is an expert in investment properties and operates Renters Choice Property Management out of the Legend Realty Madison office. In addition to investments she also specializes in Residential, Multi-Family, Out of State Investors, Waterfront Homes, New Construction, First Time Homebuyers, and Relocations. Her true passion however is Equestrian properties and farms after being a lifelong equestrian and farm owner. Megan moved to north Alabama in 2007 after graduating from Murray State University with a degree in Agribusiness Management and Marketing and went to work in the corporate world as an IT Manager while dabbling in investing and rentals as a side business. It was only a matter of time before Megan knew she could put her skillset to better use and entered Real Estate full time. Since then she's been making homes happen all across north Alabama and after living in Madison, Morgan, Limestone, and Lawrence Counties she is more than familiar with the local market.
